These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our products, subscriptions, and website (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase and use GPTPEN products and services. By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age.
2. Purchases & Automatic VIP Club Enrollment
By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:

Periodic updates, offers, and product announcements

The VIP Club subscription is billed at $14.99/month, automatically renewed every month unless canceled.
The exclusive pricing displayed at checkout is provided because enrollment in the VIP Club is included with purchase.
If you cancel your VIP Club subscription, exclusive pricing and benefits will end at the close of your current billing cycle.
3. Billing & Automatic Renewal
Upon purchase, you authorize GPTPEN and/or its payment processors to automatically charge the payment method on file $14.99 per month for continued membership in the VIP Club.
Billing recurs monthly on the same date (or nearest date) of original enrollment.
You agree to maintain a valid payment method. If payment fails, access to VIP Club benefits may be suspended.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your GPTPEN VIP Club subscription at any time by:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No prorated refunds are issued.
Cancelling the VIP Club will discontinue exclusive pricing and free shipping benefits.
5. Refunds
All GPTPEN purchases are considered final unless specifically noted otherwise.
Subscription fees for the VIP Club are non-refundable, including partial-month periods.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
6. Pricing & Promotions
We may modify pricing, benefits, and promotions at any time.
Changes to subscription pricing will be communicated with reasonable notice.
7. Product & Service Availability
We may limit product quantities, discontinue products, or revise features at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including trademarks, product names, text, images, videos, and design — is owned or licensed by GPTPEN. You may not copy or distribute it without permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
